Golf Val de Sorne

The Golf Val de Sorne is an 18-hole golf course in Vernantois. It is one of the 20 most beautiful golf courses in France. The complex also features a compact 6-hole pitch & putt and training and practice area. The course is open all year round, exploiting all the potential offered by the Jurassian terrain, with natural water hazards and bunkers. Designed by architect Hugues Lambert, you’ll appreciate the Golf du Val de Sorne’s hilly terrain and natural diversity. Golf lessons and full length courses are offered, and clubs and golf carts are available for rental.

The Hôtel du Val de Sorne is a charming 3 star hotel comprising 35 rooms divided into two categories. The « Privilège » rooms; 7 rooms with private terraces overlooking the river Sorne and golf course, or large upper floor family rooms.
The 28 « Confort » rooms start at 95€ (single in very low season). The 7 Privilège rooms are available starting at 105€ (single in very low season). The Hotel du Val de Sorne in Vernantois is situated in the vicinity of Lons Le Saunier.

Gastronomic restaurant and Brasserie in Vernantois

Open 7 days a week, this gastronomic restaurant offers a refined, regional cuisine, combining the flavours and colours of the terroirs of France. Rénald MILLOT and his staff will allow you to revisit the classics of French gastronomy, merging the flavours of the world. Two menus are proposed: the market menu (23€ excluding drinks) comprises a choice of 2 entrées, choice of 2 dishes, and a choice of 2 desserts.
The Tradition menu is an expression of the cuisine of the Jura region, (28€ excluding drinks, or 48€ in tasting, with 1 different glass of Jura wine in perfect agreement with the dishes served).
Suggestions from the daily marketplace brighten up both the regular and seasonal menus. From early October to end of March, lunch can be ordered UNTIL 1:45 p.m., and dinner UNTIL 8:30 p.m.. During the summer months, the panoramic terraces welcome customers both in the Restaurant and Brasserie. Diners can choose their meals from the two menus, or simply relax on the solarium terrace, savouring a serving of ice-cream or cocktail while enjoying the splendid view of the 18th green.

Brasserie
The brasserie is open from May to September, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (continuous service).

Bar

The Bar du Val de Sorne, the 19th hole, offers a wide range of drinks and rigorously selected products.
The Bar is open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Outdoor heated swimming pool

You’ll appreciate the heated pool just a short walk from the hotel, surrounded by greenery. Sunbeds and deck chairs are available, allowing guests to comfortably relax as they sunbathe.
